  • You will be asked to keep your Broker informed of all threats, regulatory complaints and filed lawsuits before we initiate work on your file.

  • No written dispute, threat of suit, or legal action that has occurred prior to the start date of the plan will be covered – that is considered as a pre-existing condition.
