Telephone Consultation for Legal Disputes 

Telephone consultation with a Panel Attorney for up to one-half hour per legal dispute.

Document Review relating to the Legal Dispute

Review of transaction documents (up to 8 pages) relating to the legal dispute. These documents can be sent via FAX for faster service.

In-office Consultation for “Threat of Suit”

Up to one hour with Panel Attorney upon receipt of a threatening letter

Threat of Suit ("Patriot Missile") Letters

Up to three letters or telephone calls per written threat of  suit by Panel Attorneys and RERM to clarify or resolve legal matters.

Reduced Hourly Fees

Up to 25% reduction on attorney fees for all non-covered services (all covered legal matters & lawsuits are zero deductible).

Small Claims Court Counseling

Telephone legal advice and counseling up to one hour to prepare the broker or agent for court and three hours for an appeal.

Commission Collection Assistance

Up to two letters per commission dispute involving the agent and a principal when a contract for services has been executed (excludes disputes between agents over procuring cause).

Annual Legal Updates

Panel Attorneys, Mediators and Legal Risk Managers will provide a risk management seminar for brokers and agents on lawsuit prevention and how disputes are resolved through effective communication and mediation.
