Defense for Self Insured Plans
Provides equivalent of
a zero deductible legal defense through payment of initial legal fees and costs
up to specific limits set forth in Plan ($10,000 maximum) for members who have
no professional liability (E&0) coverage.
Additional Coverage
Lawsuits Excluded by
E&0 Insurance
Payment of legal fees
and/or court costs (to a maximum of $10,000, depending on the Plan selected) on
lawsuits and arbitrations that are not covered by the E&0 carrier.
Past Acts
Coverage
All transactions
(closed or unclosed), acts or occurrences, dating back to the E&0 insurance
retroactive date or other date selected by broker. (Matters that pre-exist
members’ enrollment date and retroactive date are excluded.)
