Telephone Consultation for Legal  Non-Dispute Transactional Advice 

Telephone consultation with a Panel Attorney for up to one-half hour per matter.  Unlimited matters. Must pertain to the property listed on the reported transaction. Service may be initiated by payment before COE. Up to 25% rate reduction on additional services after initial consultation.

Alternative Dispute Resolution 

Self-help guidelines orchestrated by an RERM Risk Manager.  Includes guidelines in writing a demand letter identifying the problem which includes  estimates for the cost of remediation.  Document review. Unlimited phone consultation with Risk Manager.

Small Claims Assistance                  

RERM’s Risk Managers assist in building the Small Claims case and how it should be presented. Document review.  Phone consultation with Risk Manager.

Informal Mediation

RERM’s Mediators have an unlimited budget to work to help resolve more involved issues involving the property.  Document review and telephone consultation involving all parties. RERM’s panel attorneys draw up the Settlement Agreement at no additional charge.

Formal Mediation

RERM’s Risk Managers assist in advising how to set up formal mediation through JAMS for the more complicated property cases.

Duration

There are 3 year, 4 year, 5 year and lifetime Plans. The 4 and 5 year plans are available to RERM Insurance clients only. The Plan selected is non-renewable.
