IX. Changes:
Notice to or knowledge possessed by any agent or by any other person shall
not effect a waiver or a change in any part of this Plan nor stop RERM
from asserting any rights under the terms of this Plan, nor shall the terms of
this Plan be waived or changed, except by endorsement issued to form a part of
this Plan signed by an authorized representative of RERM
X. Master Application:
By acceptance of this Plan, the Seller agrees that the statements in
the application are personal representations, that they shall be deemed material
and that this Plan is issued in reliance upon the truth of such representations
and that this Plan embodies all agreements existing between the Member
and RERM or any of their agents relating to this Plan.
XI.
Currency:
It is understood and agreed that all amounts used herein are in United States
currency and that all Repair Costs and Legal Expenses shall be
adjusted and paid in United States currency.
